This curated set includes six aromatherapy shower steamers—each crafted with a unique blend of essential oils to help balance body, mind, and mood. Menthol-lifted diffusion transforms everyday showers into a gentle, spa-like atmosphere, perfect for year-round use.

Every steamer is hand-molded with purposeful, high-quality ingredients and therapeutic-grade essential oils. As they activate in the mist, they release clean, aromatic steam that supports relaxation, focus, or uplift—depending on the blend.

How to Use Remove the steamer from its packaging. Place it on a shower ledge, in a corner of the floor, or inside a hanging bag where it can get lightly damp without sitting directly under the water stream. The rising steam will activate the fizzing action, slowly releasing each blend into the air.

Important Notes For shower use only. Do not place in bathwater or apply directly to skin. Wash hands after handling. Menthol crystals are included to help carry the aromatherapy into the steam and may irritate skin when used like a bath bomb.

How it’s Made

Making our essential oil shower steamers by hand involves several careful steps to ensure the highest quality and effectiveness. Here’s an overview of the process:

Ingredient Selection: We begin by sourcing high-quality ingredients, including therapeutic-grade essential oils and menthol crystals. Each component is chosen for its aroma and therapeutic properties to enhance your shower experience.
Mixing the Dry Ingredients: The dry ingredients, including baking soda, citric acid, and cornstarch, are measured and thoroughly mixed in a large bowl. This blend forms the base of the steamer and helps create the fizzing action when exposed to moisture.
Incorporating Essential Oils: Once the dry ingredients are combined, we carefully add the selected essential oils. This step is crucial as it determines the scent profile of the steamers. The oils are mixed in thoroughly to ensure an even distribution throughout the mixture.
Adding Moisture: To activate the fizzing reaction when the steamers are used, a small amount of water is introduced. This is done gradually to prevent the mixture from becoming too wet. The right balance is essential to ensure the steamers hold their shape and function effectively.
Molding: The moist mixture is then pressed into individual molds. After molding, the steamers are placed on racks to dry for a specific period. This step is vital for ensuring they harden properly and can withstand handling without crumbling.
